Tonkatsu ramen with garlic was 10/10. Literally the best ramen I have ever eaten to date. I usually enjoy a miso base, and both my adult children ordered that and loved it. None of us opted for the spicy version, but if you like it yummed up a bit, it's available. I had to go with what I thought was the best combination of ingredients, and I really enjoyed the added seaweed, green onions, pork belly, and bamboo chutes. My kids were not fans of bamboo, but to each his/her own in that department. I will be back!

The food is very good, though when it gets busy, service gets a bit iffy. As a vegetarian, though, I find their lack of tofu as a protein option a little surprising and strange.

Small local outfit. Delicious! Tightly packed tables. We've been several times. Great place for ramen.

Running around doing errands. I decided to order three types of tonkatsu ramen for my bed-ridden family members. I also ordered pork bun baos, takoyaki (octopus), edamame, and gyozas. All tasted great. Service was fairly quick and efficient.

One of our favorite Ramen spots in Tucson! As a spicy food fanatic, the spicy tonkotsu has an enjoyable level of spiciness and the thin noodles are my favorite. My partner loved the blend of black garlic and spicy tonkotsu double portion. The charsu is the best in all of Tucson! The servers and service are very quick. Since it is a popular Ramen spot, it can get very crowded very quickly. And we often have to wait, but it is worth it!

Tooling around Tucson with my daughter (another Elite), we stopped by for a bite while pre-Black Friday shopping. I didn't know what to expect, but the restaurant is a small, unassuming place. Maneuvering through the tiny parking lot was likely the least pleasant part of our experience, but we seated immediately. The restaurant was clean and had an open design. The one-page laminated menu showcased Ramen. I chose a seafood ramen bowl and Kay selected a veggie bowl. We opted out of the starters and it worked out for the best because the serving was generous. The food came out incredibly quickly, within minutes. Unfortunately, that kind of prep resulted in seafood that was a bit overdone and chewy. I added garlic chili oil, scallions and a soft boiled egg to my seafood ramen order and a small warm saké. The soy broth was so flavorful we both ordered extra noodles to extend our enjoyment of the deliciousness. Our waiter(s) were ever present and so attentive it made for a fun, interactive experience. I was glad if the time to chat with them as it resulted in their assistance in locating my misplaced telephone.

We always wondered why people lined up outside this place. Well, we found out and it's not because it's small inside, it's the food! Every dish eaten at our table was flavorful, plentiful and fulfilling. Definitely a umami experience. The restaurant is small however they have a covered patio with heaters for the chillier weather. The staff were all welcoming and attentive. Now we understand the hype of this ramen shop. And we will be promoting it and returning to it soon.
